200 hour suspension service and full fork rebuild

What this service includes?

Full service including damper bleed, air shaft rebuild, new seals and o rings, fresh fluids, inspection of bushings and full reassembly.

When this service is useful?

Recommended every 150 to 200 hours of riding, or if performance has faded, travel feels rough or inconsistent, or the fork has not been serviced in over a year.

How we carry it out?

The fork is fully stripped. All seals, fluids and internal components are cleaned or replaced. The damper is bled and reassembled, and the fork is tested for smooth action.

What you can expect after the service?

A fork that feels refreshed, controlled and predictable with performance closer to how it felt when new.
