80 hour suspension service and fork maintenance

What this service includes?

Lower leg service, fresh fluid, foam ring replacement, seal cleaning, air shaft lubrication and inspection of bushings and stanchions.

When this service is useful?

Ideal every 50 to 100 hours of riding, or when your fork feels dry, sticky, noisy or less responsive on small bumps.

How we carry it out?

The lowers are removed, old fluid is drained, new lubrication applied and seals and rings are refreshed. Everything is reassembled and tested for smooth action.

What you can expect after the service?

Better sensitivity, quieter operation and a fork that sits higher in its travel with improved control.
